How FORMVIA is built
Straight answers on software, AI, licensed partners, local assistants, and what we never promise.
How FORMVIA works
A European business operating system: one workspace for formation, business accounts, compliance calendars, and documents. AI prepares. Partners and local assistants handle regulated and in-person steps.
Drafts, checklists, and structure options can be AI-assisted or ops-assembled. Registry filings, legal conclusions, tax advice, and bank decisions require named licensed professionals. Nothing files itself.
Founders and operators building a European base (startups, SaaS, agencies, holdings, consultants) who want one path instead of five disconnected vendors.
No. We track milestones and keep the pack complete. Registries, banks, and authorities set their own clocks. We do not sell made-up timelines.
AI in the workspace
It helps with intake structure, draft documents, explanations with assumptions, and calendar prep. Always as preparation for human review.
Silent registry filings, tax positions, or bank underwriting decisions. Those stay with people who are accountable.
On regulated steps: filings, legal conclusions, tax advice, and any commitment to a bank or authority. Local assistants add presence. They do not replace that review.
Local accompaniment
A person who goes with you to notaries, lawyers’ offices, registries, and bank branches, and who coordinates translators. Logistics and presence, not legal representation.
Confirm appointments, hand over document packs, sit with you through notary or counsel meetings when useful, arrange sworn translation logistics, report status into the FORMVIA vault, and know local queues and office practice.
No. Lawyers, tax advisors, and notaries remain licensed partners. Assistants coordinate and escort. If advice is needed, we route to a named professional.
When a jurisdiction or bank expects presence, when you are remote, or when language and logistics would otherwise stall the pack. Many steps stay digital. Accompaniment is for the ones that do not.
Partners and fees
Accountants, legal professionals, notaries, and corporate service providers matched by regime expertise. Work is routed with transparency. You should know who reviews your pack.
Platform and coordination fees are separate from partner professional fees where possible, so you see who is responsible for what. Details are in the engagement letter for each matter.
Germany, Poland, Portugal, then Switzerland as a controlled non-EU add-on. A corridor is live only when we have real capacity (partners and/or assistants), not a marketing map.
Accounts, formation, tax
We prepare application packs and match account providers that fit the company. Banks and licensed payment providers decide. No guaranteed approval.
We prepare the pack and coordinate handoff. Registration runs with local counsel or CSP and authorities as the regime requires.
No. Tax conclusions belong to a licensed tax advisor. We keep calendars and document structure visible. Advice is partner-led.
Joining the network
Yes. We recruit reliable people per corridor who can accompany founders to real appointments. See Join the network and each location page for open roles.
Yes, as licensed partners with clear SLAs and regime fit. Contact us with your coverage and licences. This is not a generic lead marketplace.
