A human field service: someone who accompanies you to notaries, lawyers’ offices, registries, bank branches, and coordinates translators. Logistics and presence. Not legal representation.
Confirm appointments, collect and hand over document packs, sit with you through notary or counsel meetings when useful, arrange sworn translation logistics, report status into the FORMVIA vault, and know local queues and office practice.
No. Lawyers, tax advisors, and notaries remain licensed partners. Assistants coordinate and escort. If advice is needed, we route to a named professional.
When a jurisdiction or bank expects presence, when you are remote, or when language and logistics would otherwise stall the pack. Many steps stay digital; accompaniment is for the steps that are not.
Partners and fees
Accountants, legal professionals, notaries, and corporate service providers matched by regime expertise. Work is routed with transparency. You should know who reviews your pack.
Platform/coordination fees are separate from partner professional fees where possible, so you see who is responsible for what. Details are in the engagement letter for each matter.
Germany, Poland, Portugal, then Switzerland as a controlled non-EU add-on. A corridor is “live” only when we have real capacity. Partners and/or assistants. Not a marketing map.
Banking, formation, tax

No. Tax conclusions belong to a licensed tax advisor. We keep calendars and document structure visible; advice is partner-led.
